President and Co-founder
David Brucker, P.E., is President and co-founder of VisiPay. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Kansas and Missouri and a Class A General Contractor, approaching 30 years in land development and Clean Water Act work. He owns Hometown Lawn, Pool and Engineering in Olathe, where his consulting engineering covers land development, city plan approval, hydrology, erosion and sediment control, stormwater pollution prevention plans and high hazard dam design. Hometown's first municipal restoration project was in 2016. Dave designed VisiPay around the way construction actually pays: line by line approval, a waiver with every payment and one record for every party.

Barry E. Nelson, MBA, CEPA, CMFC, CBDA
CEO and Co-founder
Barry E. Nelson, MBA, CEPA, CMFC, CBDA, is CEO and co-founder of VisiPay. He brings more than 30 years in capital formation and business development across asset management, private wealth and bank platforms, in senior roles with large financial institutions. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of East London, earned with distinction in 2025. He is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor and a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor, and holds the Certificate in Blockchain and Digital Assets. Barry is the author of Get Good: The 7 Habits of Successful Financial Professionals and is based in Kansas City.
